We're a non-profit research collective opening machine learning research to anyone with the curiosity to do it. No application. No affiliation. Just a global home for researchers, mentors, and the work they make together.
Born inside a lab, built for everyone.
ML Collective was born from Deep Collective, a research group founded by Jason Yosinski and Rosanne Liu at Uber AI Labs in 2017, built to foster open research collaboration and free sharing of ideas. In 2020 the group moved outside Uber and became ML Collective.
